A tal da berinjela...
Voltando as berinjelas, fiz a receita e ficou uma delícia, o pessoal aqui em casa caiu matando, e fica a dica: no dia seguinte fica ainda mais gostosa!!!
Sobre a receita da Amelinha Digital, fiz algumas modificações:1ª Fui master ogrinha no recheio, 2ª Derreti um caldo de bacon no azeite com 1 colher de pimenta e joguei por cima das berinjelas antes de assar, 3ª Salpiquei tirinhas de bacon, 4ª Quando elas estavam quase prontas coloquei parmesão ralado e deixei até ele ficar douradinho.
